• Please note that the main gate gets locked from 17h00 to 08h30 every day, we will supply you with a key

• Please do not use bubbelbath in the spa bath

• Please make sure all electrical appliances are switched of after use

• Please make sure candle’s are put out before going to bed

• Please do not flush any foreign objects down the toilet as we use a french drain system

• Please lock your vehicle and leave your valuables in the boot out of sight

• Please make sure you lock the doors and close the windows of chalet when going out as the wind is very unpredictable

• Please do not move any of our furniture outside

• Please do not remove any plants from our premises

• Please be aware that you are in a natural bush environment so be aware of spiders, snakes, scorpions, ticks etc.

• All our tap water is suitable for drinking

• Please do not waste water, as it is a very valuable commodity here !!

• Breakfast will be served on the Coffee Shop deck anytime from 09h00

• The Coffee Shop serve meals from 09h00 to 16h00 Wednesday to Sunday and FOOD is only served until 15h30.

• You can purchase rump steak, tinned colddrinks, beers, 1l still or sparkling water etc from the Coffee Shop

• The chalet will be serviced once a day please let us know what time will be convenient

• Bath towels will be changed every second day

• Laundry can be done at a charge please just ask

• Should you require a braai we have a Lapa with charcoal and firelighters provided

• Please note that we let our 2 big dogs out from 17h00 to 07h00 for security

• Please note Check Out Time is 10h00
