In the interest of efficiency kindly fax us a copy of the deposit slip, clearly showing your booking number, dates of stay and your name to 086 551 8591. Please check with us that we have received your fax. On receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking.

Check-In Time

Your chalet will be refreshed and ready at 13h00. Please take this into consideration when planning your journey. You are welcome to make use of the Coffee Shop facilities whilst you wait.

Check-out Time

You are requested to vacate your chalet by 10h00 as our housekeeper need to prepare the chalet for incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your booking, deposit refunds will be paid out as follows :

1 to 2 months notice : Full Refund

2 weeks to 1 month : 50%

Less than 2 weeks : No Refund
