Methods of Payment

The first 50% by EFT or cash deposit directly into our bank account, the other 50% paid cash on arrival. 
WE NOW HAVE CREDIT CARD FACILITIES ON SITE.

Check-In Time: Your chalet will be refreshed and ready at 12h00.  Please note that our gate is locked all day, on arrival please phone Sue on her cell 083 26 55 261 for check in.

Check-Out Time: You are requested to vacate your chalet by 10h00 as our housekeeper needs to prepare the chalet for incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your booking, deposit refunds will be paid out as follows :
1 to 2 months notice: Full Refund
2 weeks to 1 month: 50%
Less than 2 weeks: No Refund
